These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and f99bet ("we", "us", "the Platform", "f99bet") governing your access to and use of the f99bet website, mobile application, games, betting markets, payment services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any part of the f99bet Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the f99bet platform.

f99bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the f99bet platform; "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account at any given time; "Services" means all betting, gaming, payment, and support features provided by f99bet; "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes withdrawable; "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳); "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

2. Account Opening and Verification

2.1 To register on f99bet, you must complete the registration form truthfully and in full. You must be a natural person aged 21 or older. Corporate accounts are not permitted.

2.2 f99bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal or at any time f99bet deems necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.3 Only one account per player is permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, f99bet will close the duplicate accounts, transfer any positive balance to the primary account (at our discretion), and may void any bets or bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

3. Deposits

3.1 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Minimum deposit amounts are ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and ৳500 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification tier and are displayed in your account dashboard.

3.3 f99bet is not responsible for any bank or mobile financial service fees levied by your payment provider on deposit transactions.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. f99bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all supported methods. Withdrawals are processed during standard business hours (BST, UTC+6). In most cases, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within 24 hours of approval.

4.3 f99bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of outstanding KYC requirements, responsible gaming assessments, or fraud investigations. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonus offers are published with specific terms including minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period. Players must read and accept these specific terms before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Where a wagering requirement applies, the required amount must be staked on eligible markets or games before any part of the bonus or associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

5.3 f99bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated on the relevant promotions page and will not affect bonuses already credited to an account prior to the change.

5.4 Bonuses are awarded in BDT only. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly — they must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f99bet platform:

• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral programmes
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate unauthorised winnings
• Collusion or any form of coordinated play designed to gain unfair advantage
• Any activity connected to match-fixing, insider information, or corruption
• Using funds of illegal origin on the platform (money laundering)
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf
• Attempting to reverse, charge-back, or dispute legitimate transactions

f99bet will permanently suspend any account found in breach of these prohibitions, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any winnings derived from prohibited activity pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the f99bet platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game titles, written content, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of f99bet or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from f99bet.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 f99bet provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f99bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.

8.3 f99bet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with f99bet customer support shall be subject to binding arbitration.

9.2 f99bet's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and account standing are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in this clause.

9.3 To raise a formal dispute, Players should contact f99bet support at [email protected] with full details of the matter, including account username, date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

f99bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on f99bet, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement. f99bet does not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Account Closure

11.1 You may close your f99bet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.

11.2 f99bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where required by applicable law, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other Players or the integrity of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

f99bet may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, f99bet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Services after the revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
